Gems are one of the main collectables in Freddy in Space 2. They are used to tally the player's highscore and as currency.
Types[]
Green Gems[]
Green gems are worth 100 currency
and 100 score points. When defeating the final boss of a level (with the exception of L.O.L.Z.H.A.X), the boss will explode into a fountain of green gems for the player to collect.
There are also two other ways to gain a large fountain of green gems. One is to defeat the Giant Terminator Chica, which can be done while pressing a button as Golden Freddy. The other way is to stand still in certain spots of the levels where something looks out of place.

Blue Gems[]
Blue gems are worth 250 currency, and 250 score points. Blue gems are hidden around the levels in secret areas. They can also be collected from Mystery Items.
These gems are used to buy items from Lolbit:
- Shield: 5 Gems
- 250 EXP: 25 Gems
- Skill Point: 40 Gems
