Oswald is a 10 year old middle-school student dissatisfied with his life who one day decides to enter a mysterious ball pit hidden away in the back rooms of his local pizzeria. He is the main protagonist of Five Nights at Freddy's: Into the Pit.

Appearance

Oswald is a short boy with a light complexion, bright blue (sometimes brown) eyes, and spiky brown hair. He wears an orange and yellow striped shirt with a blue hoodie, baggy blue jeans and black shoes. Throughout the game, he has a consistent worried expression.

Personality

Oswald is introduced to be somewhat pessimistic due to the closure of the mill his father worked for, leading to his hometown becoming mundane and boring. Despite this pessimistic side to him, he's also shown to be quite friendly towards others, making good friends with Mike and Chip, standing up for Gabrielle, and going out of his way to rescue different children captured in the Pizzeria during his mission to save his father.

Oswald is also shown to be an artist, drawing at the start of the game and continuing to do so throughout the game seen via the doodles that appear and disappear in the notebook menus.
