— Security Bots.
|
The Security S.T.A.F.F. Bots are the most commonly encountered S.T.A.F.F. Bots, and are found in most attractions within Freddy Fazbear's Mega Pizzaplex. They appear in Five Nights at Freddy's: Security Breach, acting as obstacles patrolling the various areas with flashlights in search of the player. They make a minor return in RUIN where they all appear deactivated.
Appearance[]
Security Bots look identical to regular S.T.A.F.F., with a few notable differences. They carry flashlights at all times and wear black caps that read "SECURITY" in white text. They have black shoulder-pads and forearms, and a small security badge printed on their chest.
Their appearances are slightly altered in RUIN, in which they now appear as regular, albeit dirty, S.T.A.F.F. Bots with the original black shoulder pads, and no hat. Finally, they hold two variants that appear, being a Nightmare one and a Sewer one.
Behavior[]
Security Bots can be found in most areas of the Pizzaplex, patrolling rooms in a set path. If the player walks into their flashlights, they will jumpscare the player before sounding an alarm to call for nearby animatronics. They will continue to sound an alarm if the player remains in their line of sight.

Trivia[]
- It is possible that the unused lines for "Sentry Bot" were meant for the various Security Bots.
- This is especially likely when one of their lines has the bot refer to themselves as a "Security Officer".
References[]
- ↑ Most S.T.A.F.F. Bots have both masculine and feminine voices for their lines, which are interchangeable in-game.
