Freddy In Space 2 features four different levels, each with varying enemies. The enemies usually fit with the theme of the level, as well as being similar to the character the player saves at the end of the level, with few exceptions.
The first level of the game, Lunar Mines, has a themeing around Pirates & Foxes, as the character you must save at the end of the level is Foxy.
Pirate Wolf[]
Pirate Wolf is an enemy encountered in the first and second stages of the Lunar Mines level from Freddy in Space 2.
Appearance[]
Pirate Wolf is a masculine grey wolf who wears brown pants, black boots, a white shirt and a red bandana. They also appear to have a Skull and Cross Bones tattoo on their arm.

Cyclops Alien[]
Cyclops Aliens are enemies in the first and second stages of the Lunar Mines level from Freddy In Space 2. They are unique in the sense that they are the only non pirate or fox themed enemy in Lunar Mines.

Cyclops Aliens are small purple aliens with a snake-like body and a singular large yellow eye.

Pogo Foxy is an enemy encountered in the first stage of the Lunar Mines level from Freddy in Space 2.

Pogo Foxy is a crimson fox with a single pogo stick attached to it's body instead of having legs. They wear a charocole colored vest and brown shorts.

Bat Foxy[]
Bat Foxys are multiple enemies in the third/last stage of the Lunar Mines level from Freddy In Space 2.
Appearance[]
Bat Foxys highly resembles Foxy, having crimson fur. However, instead of being fox only, they are a fusion of both a bat and a fox. They are suited with a green-colored vest supported by a black colored belt with a gold-colored lock. They also wear black boots and a black eyepatch. Other notable features include bat ears instead of fox ears and has wings for flight instead of arms.

- Cyclops Aliens share the same projectile attack with the Foxbot enemies.
- Bat Foxy also shares this projectile.
- Pogo Foxy bares a resemblence to another Freddy in Space 2 enemy, being Bat Foxy.
Galactic Factory, the second level of the game, has a theme around Chica and a factory setting. In the third stage of the level, the area gets flooded with water, becoming an underwater level.
Cannon Cupcake[]
Cannon Cupcakes are enemies encountered in all three stages of the Galactic Factory level from Freddy In Space 2.
Appearance[]
They appear to be similar to the cupcake that Chica is holding, having magenta frosting. However, in contrast, they appear to have a robotic body instead of a wrapper, has a large mouth/cannon and has an angry expression.
Unused Content[]
Within the files, an early version of the Cannon Cupcake can be found. This artwork has the cupcake is a more metalic version that is colored completely grey with orange eyes, and a more smug expression as opposed to the final design's angry expression.

High School Chica Bot is a direct reference to the Highscool Toy Chica cutscenes from Ultimate Custom Night. She wears a white shirt, black tie, grey skirt and leggings and black shoes, with her hair in a ponytail.

Within the files there is an unused sprite for the Piranha. The only noticable differences with the design as a whole is the larger jaw and the orange eyes.

Chicanator[]
Chicanator is a group of enemies encountered in the third/last stage of the Galactic Factory level from Freddy In Space 2.
Appearance[]
They closely resemble Chica, having yellow fur. However, they looked more buffed, has a hairdo and has thicker eyebrows in comparison to Chica. They also wear black sunglasses, a dark gray coat with a light gray shirt, black pants and black boots. They are also equipped with a sawed-off gun.

- There are seven Chicanator enemies in total.
- Out of all Chica's counterparts, this is her only male counterpart of the overall series.
- This enemy is a reference to the Terminator.
The final two levels of Freddy in Space 2 are Cosmic Freeway and Stellar Pit. Both levels feature much fewer enemies than the previous two, with Cosmic Freeway specifically only having one enemy. Cosmic Freeway's level theme is based around a collection of fast-traveling beams, while Stellar Pit is a graveyard-like area based around ghosts & the Marionette.
Foxbot[]
Foxbots are enemies in the Cosmic Freeway level from Freddy in Space 2. They are the only enemy in the entire level.
Appearance[]
Foxbots are animatronic foxes that bare close resemblance to Roxanne Wolf. They wear grey stockings, purplish clothing and green shades while sporting pink lipstick.

Ghost Freddy[]
Ghost Freddy is an enemy encountered in the Stellar Pit level from Freddy in Space 2. It is unique in the sense that it is the only non-Marionette enemy in Stellar Pit.

Ghost Freddy is a blue spectral bear, with a tophat the exact same color as its body and a ghost-like tail instead of a pair of legs.

Ghost Freddy has an unused sprite found within the files. The sprite is mostly the same, however it features small light blue pupils and a most spectral body.
Hammer-Head Puppet[]
Hammer-Head Puppets are enemies in the Stellar Pit level from Freddy in Space 2.

Hammer-Head Puppets bare a close resemblence to Nightmarionne, with the biggest differenes being it's shorter fingers and it's hammer shaped head. Unlike most Puppet varients, Hammer-Head Puppets have grey faces.

- Foxbot shares the same projectile attack with the Cyclops Alien and Bat Foxy enemies.
- Foxbots are the only enemy exclusive to Cosmic Freeway.
- Ghost Freddy actually originates from FNaF World as the animation used for the move "Haunting".
- Their design remains mostly the same, minus the black coloration on it's clothing and the eyes.
