Toy Chica the Chicken, otherwise known simply as Toy Chica, is a secondary antagonist in Five Nights at Freddy's 2, who is a returning character that has appeared in Five Nights at Freddy's VR: Help Wanted and Five Nights at Freddy's AR: Special Delivery.

Appearance[]
Toy Chica is a bright yellow chicken animatronic with fuschia-pink cheeks, eyelids, and hip piece. She has an orange beak and orange three-toed feet, and three long, wide feathers protruding from the top of her head. She has thin black eyebrows, sky-blue irises and black pupils with magenta eyelids and thin, short eyelashes. She has a set of short, stubby teeth along her bottom jaw.
Toy Chica wears a white bib on her chest that reads "LET'S PARTY!". It is yellow in color with a red outline. It also has little bits of multi-colored confetti sprinkled throughout the bib. When she's attacking, her beak is usually removed, giving her a sinister grin, and her eyes become black and glossy; leaving only her eyelights, which have turned white.
Toy Cupcake[]

Toy Cupcake, obviously being the toy counterpart of Cupcake, is smaller with a different-styled birthday candle and its eyes being blue instead of yellow. It also lacks the teeth its original counterpart had.
Personality[]
In Special Delivery, Toy Chica seems sadistic, psychotic, and bloodthirsty. She also seems to be curiously aware that not only is her beak missing, but also that it is lodged within the protagonist's cranium.
History[]
Toy Chica is one of the Toy Animatronics made for the newly rebranded Freddy Fazbear's Pizza in 1987, where FNaF 2 takes place. Interestingly, these animatronics have built-in facial recognition feature that can apparently link to the criminal database. However, a terrible event (possibly the Bite of '87) happened in the pizzeria, which resulted in an investigation, lockdown, and eventually its closing. Along with the locations closure, the Toy animatronics, including Toy Chica, were scrapped in favor of refurbishing the Withered animatronics.
After years of being unused after the closing of the pizzeria, Toy Chica's parts along with other animatronics' are taken to Fazbear's Fright in FNaF 3 as decorations.
In Special Delivery, a rebuild of Toy Chica was made for Fazbear Funtime Service. However, the team at Fazbear Entertainment ran into some problems on her facial recognition upgrades. Eventually, they seem to had gotten around with it.

Five Nights at Freddy's 2[]
Toy Chica appears in the Five Nights at Freddy's 2 section. She will approach the player from the left air vent, before peeking out. The player has a limited time to react and equip the Freddy Fazbear Mask to prevent a run-ending jumpscare.
Afraid of the Dark[]
While not directly appearing, Toy Chica makes a minor cameo in the Pirate Ride minigame. Soon after going through the Kraken's mouth, the player is put into an undersea area. There, Toy Chica appears as a cutout of a mermaid on a rock, moving side to side. She is drawn with a seashell as her bib, a pink cloth underneath, a blue flower on her head, and a pink fishtail with lighter pink fins replacing her legs. Shooting her does not reward the player anything.
FNaF AR: Special Delivery[]

Toy Chica is one of the animatronics that can attack the player in Special Delivery, available exclusively in the Christmas Event which started from December 20th, 2019. She was added into the game again but permanently in the 3.0.0 update as a standard animatronic.
Toy Chica will walk around the player and taunt the player, occasionally fake-charging them. Unlike other animatronics, when Toy Chica goes haywire in front of the player, the player must immediately hold the Freddy Fazbear Mask button to equip the mask and stare at her, or else be jumpscared. When defeated, there's a small chance to win her CPU or plush suit.

- Toy Chica can be seen with her eyes while her beak is off.
- This is evident as seen in her Gallery pose.
- Oddly, on the back of the box art for Help Wanted's physical release; Toy Chica seems to be holding the wrong cupcake, as she is holding Mr Cupcake who belongs to Chica.
FNaF AR: Special Delivery[]
- Since the update for Special Delivery that includes Toy Chica is released, there has been some controversies that the in-game items are too overpriced, as the Toy Chica pack costs 4200 Faz-Coins.
- Coincidentally, Freddy Frostbear, another character added in the Christmas Update, also has controversial issues relating the overpriced micro-transitions.
- Toy Chica has been the first character added that isn't an event exclusive character or skin.
- Toy Bonnie was also added in a later date as part of the character rotation.
